An Apex pick is the tool you carry when you are detecting for nuggets rather than coins. Hickory handle, proper head weight, and three super magnets set into it so you can sweep the dug material and pull iron trash and hot rocks off without kneeling for every signal. The Badger comes in 18 and 24 inch lengths, shorter for close crevice work and longer for leverage in hardpack. The Pick Packer holder is non-magnetic on purpose, so the pick's magnets are not dragging your detector off balance while it hangs on your belt.
