The Impulse AQ is a pulse induction machine built for one job: finding gold jewelry in wet salt sand and surf, where mineralization and salt defeat conventional detectors. Pulse induction sees straight through both, and the AQ was tuned specifically for low-conductivity targets rather than general PI use, which is why beach hunters chasing rings rate it so highly. It is a specialist tool with limited discrimination. On the right beach, it finds what nothing else does.
