The Equinox 700 is Minelab's mainstream simultaneous multi-frequency detector, and for a great many people it is all the machine they will ever need. Multi-IQ transmits several frequencies at once, so it copes with wet salt, dry sand, pasture and iron-filled ground without you stopping to retune between sites. The body is waterproof to five feet, the preset search profiles have you hunting properly within an hour rather than after a winter of reading, and the audio and target ID are clear enough to trust from the start.
