The SDC 2300 folds down to about the size of a rolled tent and is waterproof to 3 meters, which makes it the machine prospectors take where others will not go: creek beds, remote patches and anything reached on foot or by air. It runs Multi Period Fast pulse induction and is unusually good on small, deep gold in bad ground. It is not a coin detector and it will not pretend to be. As a dedicated nugget machine for rough country, it has few rivals.
