The Simplex BT is the Bluetooth revision of the machine that reset expectations for what a few hundred dollars buys. Fully waterproof to three meters, wireless audio built in, and a set of well-judged preset modes that work straight out of the box rather than needing an afternoon of study. It is still the detector most often recommended to somebody buying their first serious machine. Detectors, low-latency headphones and accessories are gathered here, and the Simplex ULTRA is the current step up.
