If you’re practicing mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), this restorative yoga mat is perfect for your “body scan” practice. The mat is shown with our matching buckwheat support cushion , which offers extra support under your knees, head, or wherever. You can select from regular or extra-long sizes. Our mats include an organic zippered cover in a wide array of fun colors and are stuffed with approximately 9 pounds of recycled cotton batting. Just roll it up, tie it with the included straps, grab the carrying handle, and you’re ready to go!
