ESP started in 1975 as a parts shop in Tokyo, and by the mid 80s it was building instruments for working players out of a small New York storefront while the real woodwork happened back home. The guitars here come from that side of the company, not the import line. Most were built at the Kiso factory in Nagano, where ESP's high end instruments are still made, and it shows in the fretwork, the neck joints, and finishes that have held up for decades. This is a rotating group of vintage and collector ESP, spanning 1980s Custom Shop builds, 90s M-II and EXP models, Kiso era MX-250 Customs, and early USA Custom Shop work. These are one at a time finds rather than orders we can place again, so what's listed here is what exists. Every guitar comes with its case and can be inspected in person at our Renton location before you commit.
