The Axiom Vanish is an understable distance driver. This is one of the older discs in the Axiom lineup, it was approved by the PDGA back in 2016! Despite its age, the Vanish is still popular among Gyronauts as an easy-to-throw distance driver. The Vanish is especially suited to advanced beginners and intermediates. Its combination of turn and fade makes it perfect for massive S-shaped drives. The 11-speed helps you to maintain control even when throwing far. While the Axiom Vanish is most commonly used for backhand drives, it's also suitable for sidearms. If you have a lot of power put it on a hyzer and watch it flip up, turn, and then gently fade back. Players with less power can release it flat and achieve similar results! Here's what Axiom has to say about the Vanish: The Vanish will be straight to understable depending on the thrower and wind conditions. The Vanish’s stability profile places it near a threshold of being straight at low power or in tailwinds, and controllably understable at high power or in mild headwinds. As a 21mm class GYRO® driver, the Vanish is designed to hit a midpoint of stability between two MVP Disc Sports models, the Wave and Orbital. Flight Numbers Speed : 11 Glide: 5 Turn : -3 Fade: 2 Many players have found this disc to be more stable than the numbers suggest. If you have a decent amount of power and a flat release point they should be accurate, but the Vanish can also be beaten in for flippier flights!
