About

Clear front covers A clear PVC cover goes on the front so the title page reads through it. The choice is the micron, which is the thickness: 140 to 180 micron for everyday reports, and 200 to 250 micron when you want a firmer cover that helps a thicker document stand up and resist curling. Frosted covers are a semi-clear alternative for a softer, smarter look. They come a hundred to a pack. Leathergrain card backs The back of a bound document is usually a leathergrain card cover, in 250 to 300gsm, which gives a firm, textured, professional finish. It comes in black, blue, white and red so you can match a brand or colour-code documents, in A4 and A3. Thermal binding covers Thermal covers are a different system: a pre-glued wrap-around cover, sized by spine width, that you do not punch. The spine glue melts in a thermal binding machine to grip the pages into a clean, book-like finish. Choose the spine width to match your page count. Matching covers to your machine Punch-and-bind covers suit comb, wire and coil machines; thermal covers need a thermal machine. See the machines in our binding machines range, coils in binding coils , and report and presentation options in report covers . Free delivery on orders over $30, with bulk packs for print rooms.
