Grom Surfboards Grom boards, also referred to as junior, youth or kids' surfboards are smaller surfboards specially designed and sized accordingly for the needs of younger surfers. Grom surfboards feature the same high-performance characteristics of full-sized boards - just in a smaller package for kids.
