There are two categories of solutions approved for daily disinfection of scleral lenses: multi-purpose solutions (Boston Simplus, Tangible Fill and Unique pH) and hydrogen peroxide solutions (Clear Care, Clear Care Plus). Progent is a special deep-cleaning solution that you probably don't need unless your doctor suggests it. The PROSE case is for disinfecting larger sclerals with Clear Care.
