About
Healthy Vegan Snacks Online in India "Healthy" is not a regulated term on Indian packaging, so the useful move is to read the nutrition panel rather than the front of the pack. Everything here is plant-based and free from dairy, egg and honey — makhana, baked chips, roasted seeds, millet puffs, nut bars, dry fruit mixes and jaggery-sweetened treats. How to read a snack pack Check per 100 g, not per serve. Serving sizes are often set at 25–30 g to make the numbers look smaller. Added sugar: jaggery, dates and coconut sugar all count as added sugar under FSSAI labelling. Look for "no refined sugar" if that is what you want — it is a different claim from low sugar. Sodium: under 400 mg per 100 g is a reasonable ceiling for a regularly eaten snack. Fat: baked and air-dried products typically sit under 15 g per 100 g; fried ones run far higher regardless of the oil used. Protein and fibre: roasted chana, seeds and millet-based snacks are the strongest performers here. Palm oil and hydrogenated fat should be named in the ingredient list — "edible vegetable oil" alone is vague. Also see Snacks , Superfoods and Guilt-Free Treats . Pan-India delivery in 3–5 days.
