Mimaco — Vegan Lip Tints, Body Butters & Face Care in India Mimaco makes small-batch, plant-based colour and skincare: lip and cheek tints in the Sunset shade range, lip butters and lip scrubs, body butters, bath salts, face scrubs and a face oil serum. Nothing in the range uses beeswax, lanolin, carmine or other animal-derived ingredients, which is unusual in lip colour specifically — most conventional balms and tints rely on beeswax for structure and carmine for red pigment. Choosing within the range Lip and cheek tints are multi-use and buildable. One sheer layer reads as a stain; two or three build to full colour. The same product works on cheeks, which cuts a step out of a travel kit. Lip scrub before balm. Sugar-based scrubs lift flaking so the butter that follows actually sits on skin rather than on dead cells. Once or twice a week is enough. Body butter vs lotion. Butters are anhydrous — no water — so they are richer and better on dry heels, elbows and post-shower skin. Apply on damp skin to seal in moisture. Face oil serum goes on last in a routine, after any water-based serum, because oil blocks what follows it. Patch test new scrubs and oils on the inner arm for 24 hours if your skin is reactive.
