The Infused Kettle — Green Tea, Oolong & Masala Chai Online in India The Infused Kettle blends loose leaf green tea, oolong and Indian chai with botanicals and fruit — lavender green tea, aam panna tea, kadak masala chai and classic oolong among them. Sold in small pack sizes, so you can taste across the range before committing to a favourite. Brewing loose leaf properly Green tea — 80–85°C, 2–3 minutes. Boiling water scalds the leaf and is the usual reason green tea tastes bitter at home. Oolong — 90–95°C, 3–4 minutes. Oolong leaves take two or three re-steeps, so one spoon goes further than you would expect. Masala chai — full boil with water and your milk of choice. Oat and soy milk hold up better than almond, which can split with strong spice. Quantity — roughly 2g (one level teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Storage — airtight, away from light and out of the kitchen cupboard next to spices. Tea absorbs surrounding aromas quickly. All blends are vegan .
