We are situated in St.Monans in the East Neuk of Fife, 50 miles North of Edinburgh, producing premium quality fish both fresh and smoked. We are a family owned business who have been producing some of the best artisan smoked seafood products in the East Neuk since the 1960’s with fishing in our family DNA.
