Growing to optimal heights of six to eighteen inches, celery has wide, green, parsley-like leaves and thick, crunchy stalks. These stalks grow in straight, tight, parallel bunches that taper into the leafy foliage. The stalks are often consumed as a snack, in stews, salads, and more! Additionally, the leaves can be used in cooking or spices, like celery salt, or to make oils that are beneficial to health ailments and general health.
