Our vinegar is made from organically grown apples which are locally sourced in the Elgin Valley. Naturally fermented in wooden vats, it is unpasteurised and free of any artificial additives. Used as a tasty, tangy salad dressing or as a daily tonic, apple cider vinegar (ACV) is loaded with nutrients.
