Every packer is made from triple-layer medical-grade silicone with hand-painted detail, movable testicles suspended in gel, and realistic skin texture, in 16 skin tones. We make three families of packer, and the difference is simply how the shaft behaves. Soft (FL) packers stay completely soft — the five models on this page. Pack & Play (ER) models have a permanently integrated rod, so the shaft holds a firm shape at all times. STP packers add a stand-to-pee channel. All three are handcrafted in Europe.
