Kids' Snowboards

About

Get your young rider started on the right foot with ERIK’s wide selection of kids’ snowboards. Our collection includes beginner-friendly designs for little ones just learning their first turns and more advanced boards for growing riders ready to tackle the whole mountain. With the right board, kids build confidence, develop balance, and maximize fun on every run—no matter their skill level or snow conditions. What to Look for When Buying Kids’ Snowboards Correct Sizing Choose a snowboard that matches your child’s weight and height. Most kids’ snowboards should reach roughly between the chest and chin, offering easier control and quicker progress. When in doubt, consult a size chart and lean toward a slightly longer board for kids who are growing fast. Flexibility Look for a softer flex, which makes the board forgiving and easier for young riders to maneuver. Softer boards help with learning, turning, and boost confidence, especially for new snowboarders. Board Shape Twin (or true twin) shapes allow kids to ride comfortably in both directions. This is perfect for developing skills and trying new tricks, while directional boards are best for all-mountain cruising. Base and Edges Durable bases and reinforced steel edges help kids’ boards withstand inevitable bumps, scrapes, and edge catches, increasing the board’s lifespan. Bindings Compatibility Ensure the board pairs well with kids’ snowboard bindings, and that the setup matches your child’s boot size for security and control. Graphics and Fun Factor Fun designs and bright graphics keep kids excited about getting on the mountain—sometimes style is motivation!
