EL950 HSS-E counterbores are three-flute, plain-shank tools for 180° capscrew seating, including fillister screw caps and ejector caps in moulds. They serve machining work where a screw head requires a recessed seating area. The medium-series range covers M3 to M12 screw sizes. Solid-pilot options have pilot diameters from 3.4 to 14 mm, while cutter diameters range from 6 to 20 mm. Select the counterbore to suit the required screw size, pilot diameter and recess diameter.
