Kitless pen making is where pen turning becomes pen design. Without a kit's threaded fittings, you cut every thread, turn every component, and design the pen from the cap finial to the section. That starts with the right rod stock — oversized blanks in acrylic, ebonite, and alumilite, sized large enough to give you room to design caps, barrels, and sections without compromise.
