About

COMPANY is a Helsinki‑based creative studio founded in 2000 by Aamu Song and Johan Olin, both graduates of the University of Arts. Their practice spans product, spatial, and graphic design, and they also operate a shop in Helsinki known as Salakauppa, meaning the “secret store” in Finnish. In 2019, they contributed the Secrets of Finland collection to Artek’s FIN/JPN Friendship Collection, a series of ceramics that celebrate Finnish seasonal rituals and evoke the pagan past of Finland. COMPANY’s pieces are held in prominent collections such as the Design Museum Finland, EMMA, Helsinki Art Museum HAM, and the Icelandic Design Museum, and have been exhibited at venues like New York’s Storefront for Art and Architecture
