About
HexArmor's FireArmor SR-X structural firefighting gloves are certified to NFPA 1971 and built with water-resistant, flame-resistant cow suede over a 100% Nomex knit liner, with a Kevlar back-of-hand layer for added cut resistance and a thermal protection rating above TPP 60. Fire Safety USA carries both the 8180 gauntlet and 8181 short-cuff versions. Beyond structural gloves, HexArmor's fire service lineup here includes the EXT Rescue series (models 4012, 4013, and the Barrier 4014) built for vehicle extrication and technical rescue work, the FireArmor Wildland LT300 fire goggle, the Chrome SLT 4061 and 5071 general-duty work gloves, and MX200 anti-fog safety glasses sold by the case of 12. HexArmor built its name on cut-resistant PPE for industrial and public safety markets, and that engineering carries directly into its fire line: form-fitted construction for dexterity, reinforced high-wear zones, and hardware built to survive repeated washing without losing shape.
