A printed flag may seem a bit "old hat" in todays technology driven advertising world, but they are still very popular and very effective! There are a couple of ways custom flags can be made. Screen printing, sewn/appliqued, but the most popular way is to digitally print them as it's the cheapest and quickest way to produce a flag without compromising on the quality of the flag. The process of digitally printing a flag is quite simple. We take a white piece of polyester fabric and directly print your design to create your desired flag. Once the flag has been printed it is then put through a pressure heater which beds in the ink so that the colours don't bleed when it is flown outside.
