Forbes Wild Foods offers a selection of premium syrups, some made from tree sap, flowers or fruit. All of them showcase the plant's distinct flavour. The fruit and flower syrups are made with pure organic sugar, the maple and birch syrups are 100% pure. Our syrups are very versatile and can be used on ice cream, in cakes and pie, on a fruit salad, or as a drink with soda water, bubbly or in cocktails. Try pairing with gin and limes or sparkling wine. Syrups such as elderberry, olio of conifer and birch syrup can work wonders paired with savoury foods.
