FAQs Q1: What sweetener varieties do you stock? Our sweeteners range includes stevia, erythritol, xylitol, monk fruit sweetener, sucralose, aspartame, saccharin, and coconut sugar. We carry both granulated and liquid formats to suit different uses in beverages, baking, and cooking. Q2: Are your sweeteners suitable for diabetics? Many of our sweeteners, including stevia, erythritol, and xylitol, have a minimal impact on blood glucose levels and are commonly used as sugar alternatives by people managing diabetes. Always consult your doctor or dietitian for personalized advice. Q3: What is the difference between stevia and erythritol? Stevia is a plant-derived sweetener extracted from the Stevia plant, with zero calories. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods, also nearly zero-calorie. Erythritol behaves more like sugar in texture and is popular in baking. Q4: Can sweeteners be used in baking as a direct replacement for sugar? Not all sweeteners replace sugar equally in baking. Erythritol and xylitol work best as substitutes due to their granular texture. Stevia is much sweeter than sugar and requires recipe adjustment. Some baked goods may have a different texture compared to sugar-based originals. Q5: Are your sweeteners safe for children? Most sweeteners are generally considered safe for children in moderate amounts. However, xylitol is highly toxic to pets. For young children, excessive sweetener consumption is not recommended. Always consult a pediatrician before regularly using sweeteners in a child's diet
