Cade Cunningham is the Detroit Pistons' All-Star point guard and the face of the franchise's rebuild. The #1 overall pick in 2021 out of Oklahoma State, Cunningham has grown into exactly what Detroit hoped for: a 6-foot-6 lead ball-handler who can score at all three levels, run pick-and-roll at an elite level, and pass over the top of defenses with rare vision for a player his size. His 2024-25 season produced his first All-Star selection and an All-NBA team berth — vindication for the Pistons' patience through some lean rebuilding years.
