Since 1922, Riess has specialised in manufacturing the highest quality enamelware in Austria. Riess is odour neutral, nickel - free, and suitable for all cooking surfaces including induction. The unique firing process of the enamel gives the pieces their scratch -and- cut-resistan ce and their easy - to - clean surface. Riess Enamel Classics were developed between 1920 and 1960. They represent lasting values in form and colour and are cult objects far beyond Austria’s borders. They are and will remain the centrepiece of the Riess product range.
