Spiral Bell Nozzles for High-Volume Dispensing The Nordson 160 Series static mixers use a bell inlet connection that ports A and B materials separately into the mixing nozzle. They are compatible with large-volume cartridges, including 200 mL and 400 mL sizes, and support standard mix ratios such as 1:1 and 2:1. These nozzles are designed for use with cartridges that feature a divider fin. Mixing elements are made of acetal and housed in polypropylene. A metal jacket can be used when internal pressure exceeds 150 psi. Mixers are disposable and allow for straightforward removal and cleanup by wiping the manifold face.
