Bayonet Spiral Nozzles for 50 mL Cartridges The Nordson 190 Series static mixers are disposable plastic spiral nozzles with a bayonet connection, designed for use with 50 mL and 160 mL two-component cartridges. They are compatible with adhesives such as epoxies, silicones, acrylics, and urethanes and support standard mix ratios like 1:1 and 2:1. Mixers are available in five diameters and four outlet styles: Slip Luer, Full Bore, H-Tapered, and Stepped. Constructed with Polyplas elements in a polypropylene housing, they allow for both high-flow and precision applications. The H-Tapered version can be paired with a Luer Lok adapter for detailed dispensing.
