GoldBio’s bioluminescence substrates and assay kits offer researchers a complete suite of tools for sensitive, real-time detection of gene expression, reporter activity, and enzyme kinetics. Our luciferins, including our Proven & PublishedTM D-Luciferin (potassium, sodium, and free acid forms), coelenterazine analogs, and caged luciferins, are tested and ready for use in in vivo imaging, high-throughput screening, or basic luminescence assays. Our luciferase assay kits deliver enhanced performance for firefly and Renilla reporters, offering high sensitivity with low background. For labs designing their own assays, we also provide luciferase plasmids targeting specific pathways, lysis buffers, and specialty reagents like luminol and dehydroluciferin.
