Soft Jerkbaits

About

The Googan Squad Dart collection features the Dart, a soft plastic jerkbait built for precise cadence and control. Soft jerkbaits are one of the most versatile baits for bass, imitating fleeing or injured baitfish with an erratic, darting action that pressured and suspended fish can't ignore. The Googan Baits Dart has a slim baitfish profile and a design that darts side to side on every twitch, then glides and pauses naturally. It can be rigged weedless on a wide gap or weighted hook to fish over grass and around cover, or Texas-rigged and twitched just under the surface when fish are chasing shad. How to fish a soft plastic jerkbait: use short, sharp twitches with pauses to create a walking, darting action, and let the bait sink slowly on the pause. Soft jerkbaits shine around spawning areas, over submerged grass, and anywhere bass are keyed on baitfish near the surface. Rig the Dart on a Dart N' Toad hook and explore more jerk and swim baits for baitfish presentations.
