Wrist Rests

About

To prevent Repetited Strain Injury (RSI), a painful, numb feeling in your arm(s), wrist(s) and/or hands(s) during and after working with a computer for a prolonged period of time, it is important to have an ergonomical posture while working. A wrist rest for use with your mouse prevents flexion of the wrist, thus reducing the risk of getting a so called 'mouse wrist', RSI in the wrist. A wrist rest for use with a keyboard is not intended for resting your wrist on while working. Use it only for during breaks, to prevent your wrists from unncessary strain. At Gotraka, our Wrist Rests collection is crafted for comfort, support, and long-term ergonomics, ideal for gamers, typists, professionals, and anyone who spends extended hours at the keyboard or mouse. Whether you’re looking to reduce wrist fatigue, improve posture, or add a touch of comfort to your setup, these accessories make a subtle yet significant difference in how you work and play. Our range includes wrist rests for full-sized keyboards, tenkeyless layouts, compact 60% boards, and standalone mouse pads with integrated cushioning. Choose from soft memory foam, cooling gel, high-density rubber, or breathable fabric-topped designs, each engineered to contour to your wrist and maintain consistent support throughout the day. Many options feature anti-slip rubber bases, stitched edges for durability, and easy-to-clean surfaces for long-lasting hygiene and usability. Designed to promote neutral wrist alignment and reduce pressure on tendons and nerves, these wrist rests are perfect for preventing common issues like carpal tunnel and repetitive strain injuries. Whether you're engaged in competitive gaming, long programming sessions, or content creation marathons, the right wrist rest can help maintain comfort without compromising control.
