Fertigation introduces a compatible soluble fertilizer into irrigation water so nutrients can be distributed during watering. Select equipment and inputs only after checking the fertilizer label, injector ratio, system flow, pressure, connection size, filtration needs, and crop requirements. Not every fertilizer or irrigation component is suitable for injection. Compare dedicated fertilizer injectors and protect downstream components with appropriate irrigation filters . Flush and maintain the system according to the injector and fertilizer directions.
