AMAIM: Warrior at the Borderline

In the year 2061 AD, Japan became the forefront of the world following the deployment of AMAIMs—a humanoid special mobile weapon. One day, a teenager named Amou Shiiba happens to stumble upon an autonomous A.I. lying abandoned in the boy's scavenger grounds. The encounter leads Amou to cast himself into the battle to reclaim Japan, piloting the MAILeS Kenbu that he built himself. We will not pretend that this series was anything to write home about, but the model kits themselves are a joy to assemble and pose.
