About
A long line of glorious islands situated between the Indian and Pacific oceans, this group of nations creates some of the most interesting coffee GUSTATORY has ever seen. Firstly, Indonesian coffee is typically heavy bodied and possesses a wide array of notes, for example: earthy, woody and spicy. Across the ocean in Papua New Guinea, more complex varieties are available that are all largely known for their buttery and sweet taste. Although relatively close to Vietnam in geographical terms, Sumatran coffee could not be much more opposite; they‘re full-bodied and full of earthy, spicy, mossy or mushroomy flavours.
