They seek to innovate and positvely disrupt in an efford to explore and maximise quality. Based near Bath and founded by Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood - three times UK Barista Champion and three time World Barista finalist - they continue to push the boundaries of coffee with their book "water for coffee", their range of speciality coffee beans and fully recyclable capsules, as well as with their iconic Bath cafe.
