Whilst generally you'll find coffees distinguished according to filter and espresso, in this selection, we are referring to those brew methods utilising the process of percolation i.e. the Hario V60, Kailta Wave 185, Chemex, and so on. The resulting cup with these methods is typically lighter bodied and more flavoursome, so great for those more complex, lighter roasts. That being said, there are plenty of darker roasted coffees that will work well with these brew methods, which we've also included here.
