SRT climbs a single fixed strand of rope rather than the doubled system used in traditional climbing, which changes what hardware actually works — ascenders, mechanical devices and hitch cords built for SRT aren't interchangeable with a standard moving-rope setup. This range gathers SRT-specific rope, hardware and accessories from DMM, ART and Petzl, so building or expanding a system means picking genuinely compatible components rather than mixing techniques.
