Our Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade is available for eligible UK addresses and is designed for delivery by 1pm on the next working day, subject to Royal Mail postcode restrictions. Orders placed before our 3pm dispatch cut-off, Monday to Friday, can be dispatched the same working day when we are open. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – WEEKEND DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED Special Delivery is a next working day service , not a guaranteed next-calendar-day service. Orders dispatched on Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday. They may arrive on Saturday, but customers should not rely on weekend delivery when ordering for an important date or event. Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery is not guaranteed. Royal Mail postcode restrictions may also apply to certain areas. The Special Delivery upgrade is charged in addition to the standard delivery charge, with both costs shown in your shopping cart before checkout.
