Each closer features a double-acting and non-handed design that is compact to allow for installation in thin slab concrete subfloor construction. Every concealed door closer comes with the standard 74010 spindle, which provides a 3/4"" clearance between the bottom of the door and the floor surface. You can also special-order other spindles if a different clearance is desired.
