Contrary to what many people believe, "decaf" tea can taste very good. So, what exactly is decaffeinated tea? Decaf tea is made from the same high-quality leaves as our regular teas, but with the caffeine removed. While a trace amount may remain (under 3 mg a cup, compared with about 40 to 60 mg in a cup of black tea), it is minimal enough for most people to enjoy at any hour of the day.
