Puppy food should be the easy part of bringing a puppy home. Ours is made with freshly prepared meat or fish as the first ingredient, plus the calcium, protein and DHA growing pups need to develop well. It is suitable from eight weeks, and every recipe is complete, balanced and made in our own Yorkshire factory. Puppies grow fast and eat little and often, so we make puppy food in a few formats. Our dry puppy food comes in a small kibble that is easier for little mouths to pick up and chew, and it holds its shape if you want to soften it with a splash of warm water in the early weeks. Wet puppy food in trays is often more tempting for a fussy eater and brings extra moisture. We also make grain free puppy recipes for pups with sensitivities, and a single protein chicken option for simpler meals. On pack sizes, dry puppy food comes in a small bag for trying a recipe and a large bag for everyday feeding, and wet trays come in smaller and larger multipacks. A growing puppy gets through food quickly, so the bigger bag usually works out as fewer trips without the food sitting around too long.
