Commonly known as cornflower or Bachelor’s Button or Cornflower, the feathery flowers of Centaurea are a perfect addition to mixed cut flower bouquets. For an early start, sow them indoors or in the greenhouse, then transplant outdoors after all danger of frost is past. For a staggered cutting cycle, direct sow more seed outdoors at the same time you’re planting your transplants. Finishes in approx. 7-8 weeks.
