Interior Feed vs. Thru-Wall Feed Every Cozy Heat stove design is available in two feeding configurations. Interior feed stoves sit entirely inside the sauna room — you load firewood from inside the sauna. This is the simpler installation. Thru-wall (TW) feed stoves extend through the sauna wall so the firebox door is accessible from outside the sauna room (or from an adjacent changing room). The thru-wall design keeps smoke, bark debris, and ash outside the sauna and lets you add wood without opening the sauna door and losing heat.
