This digital artwork has been created by refugees living in the Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya, Africa. In order to live, they fled their own countries. Now, they struggle to survive within the camp itself. Despite their challenging circumstances, they unite through a shared mission to express both their spirituality and determination. Creating digital art of Jesus Christ and His Gospel allows them to share what they feel, not of the obvious desperation in their lives, but how hopeful their lives have become because of the Prince of Peace.
