About
Rich in easily absorbed nutrients, bone broths can be added to food to enhance flavour or even enjoyed on its own as a hot drink. Slow cooking bones and vegetables allows the nutrients deep within the bones to be released, which is why bone broths are commonly simmered for anywhere between 12 and 48 hours to extract the full nutritional benefits. However, sometimes, our busy lives mean there’s little time to prepare slow cooked food from scratch. Thankfully, powdered bone broths are a quick and easy alternative that still retains all the nutrients contained in homemade broths. Gently dehydrated to retain the nutritional benefits, our broth powders are rich in minerals, including Calcium and Zinc plus Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and Folate
