Our house-made marinades are an easy way to bring bold flavour to good meat. Made in-house using quality ingredients, they're designed to complement rather than overpower, letting the quality of the meat do the talking. Choose from our rich Korean BBQ Marinade for beef short ribs, bavette or spatchcocked poussin, Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary for lamb, chicken or pork, or Peri Peri for spatchcock chicken, wings and pork chops. Whether you're cooking over charcoal, firing up the barbecue or roasting in the oven, each marinade is ready to use and packed with flavour. Simply coat your chosen cut, leave it to marinate for a few hours - or overnight if you have the time - then cook as you normally would. Proper ingredients, minimal effort and plenty of flavour.
