Our sausages are made in-house by our butchers, using high-welfare British meat, natural casings, and carefully developed recipes which showcase classic craftsmanship and creativity. Every sausage is mixed, filled and tied by hand, using native breed pork or lamb from farms we know and trust. Expect traditional favourites like Cumberland and country-style, alongside our spiced North African merguez and hot chilli pork - all cook beautifully whether pan-fried, oven-roasted or grilled over flame. Perfect for weekend brunches, midweek traybakes, sizzling summer BBQs or a proper bangers and mash - these sausages are a cut above.
