The freshest premium salmon from glacier to plate! We are a boutique salmon farm in the pristine waters of New Zealand's hydro canals. We grow, process and sell our Chinook salmon onsite just south of Twizel in the Mackenzie District. We have Logans floating cafe and our Fish Shop & Deli, or you can order online.
